We will explore villages on the Gran Sasso mountain and visit food producers who have run their businesses for generations. These local producers are extremely proud of their fresh cheese and organic wine. We will enjoy lunch with the family, Italian style! Skilled artisans will show us how they produce cloth and other artifacts the way their grandfathers taught them. We will also see incredible hilltop fortresses overlooking incredible views.
